S.C.O.U.T. — Security, Community and Orientation for Upcoming Transfers

Know what they are moving into before they arrive.

Service Overview

When someone you love is moving to an unfamiliar part of Australia, it is natural to want to know they are going to be okay. A new suburb, a new city, a university campus in a place you have never been — it is hard to feel settled about it when you are working from a Google Maps screenshot and a gut feeling.

S.C.O.U.T. is a professional on the ground assessment service for families, partners and loved ones who want real answers before the move happens. We visit the area, assess what matters, and deliver a clear, structured report so you can make informed decisions — or simply sleep a little easier knowing someone has already checked.

This service is available for international arrivals relocating to Australia, as well as domestic moves within Australia including regional to city transitions and families supporting an elderly parent moving closer to home.

Every assessment is quoted individually and scoped through an initial discussion, because what a parent of an international student needs to know is not the same as what a partner relocating for work needs to know.

How It Works

You get in touch and we have a conversation about who is moving, where to, and what matters most to you. We scope the assessment, provide a quote, carry out the on the ground visit, and deliver a written PDF report. A debrief call is available on request.
